The Plan is supported by detailed environmental and infrastructure studies. These include assessments of landscape character, transport and heritage impacts, flood risk and water supply.
Infrastructure studies have assessment capacity for transport networks, schools, healthcare and utilities, identifying where improvements are needed to support new development.
